I had a very interesting conversation about exercise last night.
My sister-in-law's hubby said many didn't exercise because they were too tired after coming back from work.
I begged to differ.
I told him Obama was extremely busy as he had to manage the world.
Compared to him, no matter how busy we are, we just manage a very very very very very very very very very small scope of the world.
The person who managed the world can find the time to exercise regularly while we only manage 0.0000...1% (don't know how many zeros) of the world can't find the time!!!
What a joke!!!
By the way, nak madah jak - Obama tido 4 jam jak when he was the US President for 8 years ๐.

Back to the topic, exercise tok actually depends on us - maok kah sik.

Da macam-macam cara untuk exercise.
Sik semestinya kita mesti da mesin untuk berekot baruk dapat exercise.
Sempit gilak definisi exercise ya!
Jangan jadi malas.
Carik exercise yang sesuai di youtube, tiktok, facebook dan sebagainya.
Tanyak kawan yang sama busy macam kita, exercise ney yang bagus.
Yang dapat dipolah dirumah.
Ingat sigek jak - mun nak idup lamak and sihat, giney-giney mesti exercise!
Sanggup gurin jak betaun segal dolok sik atau kurang exercise?!
Tepuk dada, tanyak selera.
Opkos, pemakanan penting juak.
And also stress management ๐.
