Exercise tok actually depends on us - maok kah sik

I had a very interesting conversation about exercise last night.

My sister-in-law's hubby said many didn't exercise because they were too tired after coming back from work.

I begged to differ.

Jangan etok duit yang dihabis untuk anak

I gelik ati ngan crita anak laki and bapak. 

It was narrated to me by someone yg close to me.

Leput i tetak when nengar cerita ya!

I might be wrong.

But at the same time, i might be right.

A young woman asked me whether she should be loyal to the company by which she is working now.

I told her not to be loyal to a company - but loyal to money.

She was surprised!
