Ati gik manas ngan staff Everise.
I nang cukup eran.
Kenak Everise sik da usaha untuk assign staff muka masam to do back room operation.
Sik patut a big company macam Everise sik tauk on the efek of moody staff on customers?!
Or Everise sik kisah on this subjek matter coz molah ratusan ribu ringgit daily?!
Mun kompeni dah nak bengkrap, baruk gago nak re-assign moody or rude staff, ya dah terlambat!
One thing for certain, i will try my best to avoid pegi Everise.
Malas i nak ngadap muka staff yg moody or rude ya.
Mun stres keja, carik keja lain.
Jangan transfer your stress to orang lain yang sik berkenaan.
Yesterday sempat juak i nego her.
I told her that she needs to change her attitude.
Diam jak nya.
Tapi muka masih masam.
I told her again, sik bebaloi, segal her bad attitude, she had an illness, yang sik bait-bait.
Mun she nengar my statement, she should faham - i merujuk to sakit misteri.
She nang kurang ajar tadik.
Mun i dolok, udah ditinggi sora i.
Sedar juak i that i dah tuo. 😂😂😂
Sik la tuo ney coz yet to masuk kategori young old man.
Tapi kira dah berumur juak la.

Tapi honestly, i nang cukup eran with mana2 biz yang make muka masam staff berurusan with customers.
Yalah, i paham part kesian ngan urang ncarik kerja.
Or part, sik ramey urang maok bekerja.
Tapi mun customers sik maok datang, how???
